Anybody know what episode of Skins(UK) this quote is from?

Okay, so all I know is that the quote was said by Effy. I don't know
the episode though. Here's the quote: "If you close your eyes, you see
darkness. But if you keep them close for long enough, you'll see
light."

It's most likely going to be in a mini episode, but I can't find it.
